Integration · TimeSolv

Automatic time tracking for TimeSolv.

AI that writes your billable entries while you work and releases them straight into TimeSolv.

How it works

Works inside the TimeSolv you already run.

01

It captures the work

LegalTime watches the documents, emails, calls, and research you already do on each matter. No timer to start, nothing to remember.

02

It drafts every entry

Each task becomes a time entry with the matter, billing code, narrative, and duration already filled in, ready for a quick review.

03

You release into TimeSolv

Approve an entry and it lands in TimeSolv as an ordinary time entry, through your firm’s existing TimeSolv login. Edit it there like anything you typed yourself.

+10%
more billable revenue from the work you already do
~5 min
a day to review and release, not a half-hour reconstructing it
0
timers to start, apps to live in, or habits to build
Security

Built for privileged work.

Raw activity is read locally and never leaves the machine. Only the entries you approve are released to TimeSolv, through your firm’s own login — with Zero Data Retention, no model training, and nothing synced without your click.

TimeSolv questions, answered.

How does LegalTime connect to TimeSolv?
Through your firm’s existing TimeSolv login. There is no server to stand up and no IT project. Connecting takes about ten minutes per attorney.
How do entries show up in TimeSolv?
As ordinary time entries in TimeSolv, with the matter, billing code, narrative, and duration already attached, ready to bill like anything you entered by hand.
Will it create duplicate entries in TimeSolv?
No. Nothing syncs to TimeSolv without your explicit release, so your review is always the gate. What you approve is what arrives.
Can I edit an entry after it reaches TimeSolv?
Yes. Once released it is a normal TimeSolv time entry, so you can edit, reassign, or delete it exactly like one you typed by hand.
Does my whole firm need to switch anything?
No. Attorneys keep working the way they already do in TimeSolv. LegalTime just removes the end-of-day reconstruction by drafting the entries for them.
What about client confidentiality?
Raw activity is read and stored locally and never leaves the machine. Only the finished entries you release travel to TimeSolv, encrypted in transit. See the security page for the full picture.
